John from Irrigation Matters installed an irrigation system on my property in Rosemount.
A Hunter Hydrawise controller operates drip irrigation in all garden areas and pop up sprinklers for the lawn areas.
The full process from first contact to work completion went smoothly.
I was very impressed by John’s professionalism and his excellent work ethics: John is friendly, courteous and a good communicator. Always on time. He is also knowledgeable, experienced, prompt and hard working.
He is not phased by any special/additional requests and always willing to please.

John initial visit to my property was on 20th October and he emailed me the quote on 22nd October.
The quote was reasonably priced and well detailed.
Despite being a busy time of the year, John was able to start the works on 25th November and complete them by 28th November.
After completion, John went through the full system to make sure that everything was operational and that I understood how the system worked.
John also linked the system to the weather station and my mobile devices.
The following week, I noticed that one pop up sprinklers for the lawn area needed adjusting. I called John and left him a message. John called me back on the same day and he came within the next 2 days to readjust the pop up sprinkler.

If you are looking to have an irrigation system installed, do not look further, I highly recommend John to be the ideal person for the job.

We can highly recommend John for your irrgation requirements. He repaired a system for us that was in disrepair and installed a Rainbird controller. System now functioning well and it was all completed in a timely manner. As John specialises in irrgation we now have confidence in a well installed system.

John came out to fix up and extend a system installed by another contractor. He is the only irrigation guy I would recommend! Came back late Friday evening when I couldn’t work out how to operate and found another issue with past contractors work so we were back in business for brand new lawn just laid. Appreciate the service John!

John is a complete professional from keeping in close communication, turning up on time, being very knowledgeable and completing works very professionally.
John did a complete Hunter controlled irrigation system with over 18 sprinkler heads and tested them thoroughly to make sure they were spraying perfectly.
John them installed our complete home filtration system and didn’t take long at all.
Then lastly John installed multiple water taps for us.
We definitely would recommend anyone looking for irrigation systems or repairs for John is a hard worker (even worked under spotlight and when wet from testing the system), but more importantly a professional at what he does and a nice bloke to deal with.
All the best John, and thanks again for assisting us, we will recommend you to all our friends.
